The rules, in plain words.
By using Nearse — as a customer or as a worker — you agree to what follows.

Nearse is a place where people find each other. We are not the employer, not the contractor, and not a party to the agreement you make. The job, the price and the outcome are between the customer and the worker.
1. Who can use Nearse
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must give true information. A profile with someone else's photo, a fake name or a number that is not yours will be removed.
- Nearse currently operates in Guwahati, Assam only.
2. What we do
We list workers, let customers search them, and pass a booking request from a customer to a worker over WhatsApp. That is the whole of our role.
3. What we do not do
- We do not employ workers. Workers on Nearse are independent. They choose their own services, prices, hours and customers.
- We do not supervise, direct, train or inspect anyone's work.
- We do not guarantee that a worker will accept a job, arrive on time, or do the work well.
- We do not handle money. Payment is settled directly between customer and worker.
- We do not set or take a share of any price. There is no commission on Nearse.
4. What our review does and does not mean
Every profile is checked by a person before it goes live. That check confirms the profile looks genuine — a real photo, plausible details, and a working WhatsApp number that the worker actually controls.
It is not a background check. We do not run police verification, criminal record checks, identity document checks, or skills testing. A verified badge means "this looks like a real person with a real number", nothing more.
Please use ordinary good sense — particularly when inviting a stranger into your home. Meet in a sensible way, tell someone where you are, and agree the price before work starts.
5. If you are a worker
- Set prices you are genuinely willing to honour.
- Only list services you can actually perform. Where a trade requires a licence or certification, hold it.
- Use a real, recent photo of yourself.
- Use a WhatsApp number that belongs to you.
- Turn off Available for work when you are busy, rather than leaving customers unanswered.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, licences, tools, insurance and compliance with the law.
6. If you are a customer
- Agree the price and scope with the worker before the work starts.
- Pay what you agreed, when you agreed.
- Rate honestly. Ratings only help other people if they are true.
- Do not use a worker's contact details for anything other than booking them.
7. Things nobody may do
- Impersonate another person, or list a number or photo that is not yours.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone.
- Scrape, copy or bulk-collect worker details from Nearse. Contact details are published so customers can book — not so anyone can harvest them.
- Post false ratings, or pressure anyone into leaving one.
- Use Nearse for anything unlawful.
We may remove any profile, without notice, for breaking these rules.
8. Ratings and content
What you write — your profile text, your rates, your ratings — stays yours. By posting it you allow us to display it on Nearse. We may remove content that is abusive, false or unlawful.
9. Liability
Because we are not a party to the work, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any worker or customer — including poor workmanship, damage, loss, injury, theft, delay or non-appearance. Any dispute over a job is between the customer and the worker.
Nearse is provided as it is. We are on an experimental launch and cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Something went wrong
Tell us. We cannot settle a private dispute for you, but we can remove a profile that is behaving badly, and we take reports seriously — especially about safety.
If someone is in danger, contact the police on 100 or 112 first. Then tell us.
11. Leaving
You can delete your profile at any time from inside the app, and it is erased immediately. We may suspend or remove a profile that breaks these terms.
12. Changes
We will update these terms as Nearse grows. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the date at the top always shows when they last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guwahati, Assam have jurisdiction.
